The Holistic Health Reading Group was started to help support a learning community. People who participate with this group gain knowledge about living the best life possible using holistic and natural traditions that when practiced over time have proven benefits for a healthy body, mind and spirit. The group is currently reading and discussing the book; EAT by Dr. Ian K. Smith The host is Dee Williams. Dee will be joined on some shows by special guests who will share their insights on the topics that are covered in the book.
